Who operates this application

Donna Google Assistant is operated by Donna Izzard under the Unstoppable Black Woman brand. Privacy questions may be sent to support@unstoppableblackwoman.com.

Google data the application may access

Depending on the task Donna requests and the permissions she grants, the application may access:

• Gmail messages, labels, drafts, and sending capability;
• Google Drive files and folders;
• Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides content and metadata;
• Google Calendar calendars and events;
• Google Contacts;
• Google Tasks and task lists; and
• Google Meet spaces and meeting settings.

Authentication information provided by Google, such as access and refresh tokens, is also processed so the authorized connection can operate.

How Google data is used

Google user data is used only to:

• authenticate the account Donna selected;
• read, organize, summarize, or locate information she requests;
• create, edit, or send content only when she directs the application to perform that action;
• verify that a requested action completed under the correct account; and
• maintain and secure the authorized connection.

Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, sale, or training a general-purpose artificial intelligence model.

Storage, retention, and protection

OAuth credentials are stored in access-restricted locations on Donna's authorized computer and private server. Retrieved Google content is processed only as needed for the requested task. The application does not maintain a separate commercial database of her Google content. Temporary operational data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to complete, verify, troubleshoot, or secure a requested action, unless Donna asks that an output be saved.

Reasonable safeguards are used, including file permissions, separate credentials for separate accounts, identity checks, and limited administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Sharing and disclosure

Google user data is not sold. It is not shared with third parties except with service providers necessary to operate the user-requested workflow, when Donna explicitly directs a sharing action, when required for security or legal compliance, or with Donna's consent. Service providers are permitted to process data only for the relevant operational purpose.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Donna Google Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features that Donna requests.

Your choices and controls

Donna may decline a requested permission, stop using the application, or revoke the connection at any time through the security and third-party access settings in her Google Account. She may also email the support address above to request help reviewing or deleting application-controlled data and credentials.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the application's capabilities or data practices change. The effective date at the top will be updated, and material changes will be reflected before new data practices are used.
