Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Donna Google Assistant, a private automation tool operated for Donna Izzard.
Authorized use
The application may be used only by Donna Izzard or by a person she expressly authorizes, for lawful tasks involving accounts and data she owns or is authorized to manage. Access must not be shared with unauthorized people or used to access another person's data without permission.
User direction and responsibility
The application acts on user instructions. The user is responsible for reviewing important outputs and confirming consequential actions, including sending email, inviting attendees, sharing documents, or changing account data. The application may require additional confirmation before completing an external action.
Google services
Use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, quotas, and account controls. Google may change or suspend APIs or permissions, which can affect application availability.
Security
The user must protect account credentials, devices, and server access and promptly revoke credentials believed to be exposed. Attempts to bypass account routing, confirmation requirements, access controls, or security safeguards are prohibited.
Availability and accuracy
The application is provided on an as-available basis. Automated results can contain mistakes or be affected by third-party service interruptions. Important information and actions should be reviewed before relying on them. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended to protect accounts, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. The user may stop using the application and revoke Google access at any time.
Changes and contact
